**Q: What do you connect this too?**
A: The output would be connected to your car's radio/head unit. In my case, it was via an adapter that sent the signal to the "CD Changer" input on the factory head unit. The input would come from a device: phone, MP3 player etc. The two bare wires would connect to a source of 12v (red) and the car chassis common/ground (black).

**Q: Would this work on a old turn table to have high sound then low sound?**
A: No, this line driver will not work for your application.You need a phono pre-amp for a turntable. The signal level of a turntable is very low. Additionally, the phono pre-amp would contain the circuitry necessary for the equalization, (known as the RIAA curve), which provides the frequency response range necessary for the records to sound good. The output of a phono preamp is line level, which is perfect for the auxiliary input of an amplifier or receiver. The PAC LD10 simply boosts line level signals. Turntable output levels are completely different.

**Q: Can you use this to boost a video signal to a tv down in a basement from a cable box**
A: You want a 75-ohm (TV) antenna amplifier. 

It sounds wrong, but it takes the RF signal (what the cable box puts out on the f-type (screw-on) terminals and amplifies it. Amps add noise, too, so I'd look for an adjustable one and dial in just the amount you need for the picture to come in clearly. 

If,  however, you're looking for a "composite video" (yellow RCA) amp, those exist, too. 

This ain't it. And, with this, you'd need to wire it to a 12v DC power supply of some type. Not hard to find,  but it'll be ugly.

**Q: How many amps (amperes) does this need from the power supply?**
A: Only needs a 1 amp inline fuse. I believe it's draw is around .5
