The spider just stood there on the wall. The suction power is simply too weak to do anything.2) After wiggling the tubes around the spider, it finally decided to move itself into the tube. I then plugged the tube, planning to release it back into the yard. Lo behold - the spider moved all the way to the back of the tube, then through the vacuum holes and into the handle itself - another epic fail of the design. Not knowing what to do at this point, i turned on the unit again, unfortunately this pulverized the little guy as i guess it was in the fan at that point. I can see legs and arms inside the fan.In conclusion, this product simply does not work in any shape or form. It failed in every function it suppose to perform. I am returning it, avoid at all cost. ### ⭐⭐ Dissappointed *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2017* I was so excited when my bug vac arrived. Actually had a spider ready to be caught. Caught the spider just fine but it kept running to the top of the wand to get out so I kept sucking him back in and he ended up getting sucked into the motor. It is a hassle to take out the end of the wand to put the cap on the bug don't escape. I think the end could be improved by attaching a cap to the end of the wand so it can be capped quickly. I also had a centipede get in the motor as well. In total there was three spiders and one centipede that got sucked into the motor. Then I had a spider crawl into the holes to the motor on its own. I successfully caught and released into the toilet one spider and one stink bug. This cannot be good on the motor and I fear it won't last very long. This could be improved by having smaller holes or perhaps a screen. I have to use a tissue folded up to hold over the end of the wand so the bug won't get out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ which allowed plenty of vacuum while preventing the tiny spiders from getting drawn into the fan blades (and easy to remove the hosiery to clean or replace) *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2017* Since purchasing this system over 2 weeks ago, we have captured and relocated 55 spiders, and we are still on the original battery charge. All spiders survived the vacuum capture without damage.
