**Q: Is there a proper way to fluff up these pillows?  That is, is there a way that can get them to fluff up and as firm as this brand's namesake?**
A: Dear Bick Benedict, thank you for your question. You can pat pillows with your hands for a while when taking from the package. Then you leave it in the air or in the sun for 2-3 hours.

**Q: how much down versus feathers?**
A: I don't have the package any more, but they are very flat after a nights sleep.

I love feather pillows. The ones I had were still fluffy but old. I will admit I was skeptical based on many of the reviews but I gave them a try. They are NOT FLAT at all. They are fluffy and plump up perfectly. I sleep very well on them and lean against them well in all positions. The quality is wonderful. I am absolutely happy with them. I recommend to give them a try.
