Amanda Tapping stars and co produces this wonderful show with great scifi stories. Why it only lasted 4 seasons is just amazing to me. It's much better then sg1 or stargate Atlantis which she is better known for. I highly recommend it for all scifi lovers. ### ⭐ Great series, bad disks. *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2020* Love the series, however I have had bad luck with these disks. Both on the original order and the replacement.Original order had scratches on some season 1 & season 2 disks, when the disks popped loose. Seasons 3 & 4 didn't have any loose disks. I believe this to be because Seasons 1 & 2 are held into place differently than Season 3 & 4. Seasons 3 & 4 are held in place via center spindle hole, stacked 2 disks. Seasons 1 & 2 have a different holding method, which is easier to get them out but much easier to pop out during transit.Playing Season 1 Disk 1, there were stuttering and skipping, which I thought was due to the damage. Did a return/replace order. Did not see any damage on the season 1 disks, but again, there was skipping on Season 1 Disk 1 during playback. This issue occurred when I watched the individual episodes and not "play all" at once option. I don't always like to watch all the episodes in one sitting, so I normally watch per episode option.I will say, when it didn't glitch, the picture was great. I don't know if I got bad disks, or what, but I think I'll look for other options. Sending the replacement back now too. ### ⭐ Poor Quality Control *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2020* I received the set within a reasonable amount of time. The first two seasons were marred with drop-outs and the third disc of Season 2 wouldn't even load. Seasons 3 and 4 were much better quality and no problems occurred. It appears that the first two seasons were old versions, possibly re-packaged, as Season's 3 and 4 had superior packaging and no drop-outs.
