It is so tight it hurts my head defeating the purpose. I used this holder twice before the main Velcro strap just fell off. Go figure. I sewed it back on and then the Velcro that holds the ice pack inside, stopped adhering to the opposite side of the Velcro. Next, the mesh netting lining the inside of the sleeve, started to shred.
