Review: Still going strong 5 years later. - 5 year review of the best automatic paper towel dispenser available. Before I installed this in the restroom of a martial arts studio I was a janitor for small businesses for 15 years. The martial arts studio has had kids classes 6 days a week since April 2021. Its July 2026 and I just had to change the batteries for the first time. This thing does what its supposed to do very well and conveniently no unneeded bells, whistles or apps. The sensor just works you dont need to wave your hand in a secret place or millimeter perfectly. It dispenses towels when you get a hand close and has done so without a hiccup for over 5 years. The way that the paper towels get replaced before the roll ends you never need to worry about them running out unexpectedly or wasting the end of a roll. I was initially concerned about needing to keep buying towels from pacific blue due to the plastic end on the paper towel rolls. This has not caused any problems. Paper towels have always been in stock and the price has not changed as much as many other products. After owning this I would never consider a different option for a customer/employee restroom. I'm trying to send it to Mongolia. if yes, where to find that model?** A: It work with four (4) D size Batteries **Q: Does this cut the towel before it comes out of the machine?** A: The paper towels will feed out of the machine but they will not be cut. You have to lift the paper towel and rip it. There are also settings within the dispenser in which you can set the length of towel dispensed, trigger sensitivity, etc. I have one of these dispensers and I do like it. I use it to dry my hands instead of using all my regular Bounty paper towels. **Q: can generic paper towels be used, or will it only work with Georgia Pacific towels?** A: Hello, This is Sandy with Georgia Pacific. Generic paper towel rolls will not fit or work properly in this dispenser. It is designed for use with towel refill options: Georgia-Pacific 26490, 26491, 26495 and 26496. Thank you. **Q: Can you adjust the size towel it puts out?** A: Yes, there are 3 very small dip switches on the right side behind the cover. One setting automatically makes a towel ready, one offers 3 lengths and the other does something else. It will hold the 800 ft towles, but we have better performance from the 600 ft better quality (thicker) ones. Batteries last a long time D cells included. I've had 2 in my office for a few years and just replaced 1 that gets more use. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still going strong 5 years later. *by K***R on July 15, 2026* 5 year review of the best automatic paper towel dispenser available.
