I had sustained a concussion which affected my vision; the book has fun and creative ways to exercise my eyes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do it Youself Eye Vision Improvement *by S***N on May 27, 2012* This book, in combination with eye exercises and prism glasses reccomended by son's Behavioral Optometrist have dramatically improved his vision. After doing prescribed exercises in combination with those demonstrated in this book, my son commented that after 12 years post car accident brain injury, that he could finally, " see in 3-D" ! I even had him checked by a noted Nuero-Opthomologist to get a second opinion. He confirmed my son's statement. Would I reccomended this book, very much so. Buy two, one for your family and one for a therapist or friend. Thank you. (Also positive side effects experienced by son are; less headaches, no car sickness and he can read for extended periods of time).
