Surprisingly Cool!
getting more of these to power my other devises; this one powers my battery to gate opener.

Direct Sunlight Needed and No Bank
This is a nice solar charger. It compacts well by folding into a briefcase size carry bag. The cord and adapters are keeps in a built in pocket. This is a direct charger not a power bank though so I feel like that needs to be emphasized because we are so used to power banks these days. It’s simple to use.

Have yet to reach anywhere near 40 watts, but otherwise solid panels
On everything that is important these solar panels check the list. They are very portable, a four fold with clasps to keep it closed with not in use. Well protected and durable. Easy to use power output with a series of adapters for various power inputs. We tested the panels on USB phone ports and a Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 240, 240Wh Backup Lithium Battery,. With direct to USB charging the panels were very effective, charging up both tablets and phones with ease. The Jackery battery, which has a lot more power storage, required use of one of the adapters. Here the panels successfully charged the battery, but it took more time than anticipated. IN fact, it took me a couple days to get the battery from 75% to 100%.There are a lot of factors here. I am testing in winter, and I didn't have direct sunlight most of the day, so I tracked hour by hour and discovered in the brightest times I could get to 18W output which charged the battery fairly fast, but most of the time I was lucky to get to 9W. So, we started moving the panels to optimal light areas - unobstructed, cloud free - and though this lifted the performance to the much more steady 18W output, even in the most optimal direct light we never saw numbers beyond that.Still, if you were camping, traveling where there was unreliable power, suffering a power outage, and had access to direct sunlight, this is plenty to charge up portable lights, phones, radios, and even more heavy work horses like the Jackery Battery. Not unhappy at all.

Future of energy generation
Solar, wind and other natural sources are great energy sources. Have been trying to get solar panels installed but could not proceed without checking the actual usage. Got this as my first portable solar panel and pretty surprised on how it works. it puts out plenty power to charge the battery and run the devices at the same time. This 40 Watts panel has a great portable design, easy to fold and carry. It is easy to setup, connect the devices and get the battery or power station charged. Comes with the connectors and ready to go anywhere. These are the devices for future would highly recommend.

Great design and powerful for its size
This is solar power in a well-designed, compact portable form. It can power devices that have batteries. It is also intended to charge portable solar outdoor power stations made by the same company, ZeroKor. It has a 12-15 volt output as well as a 5 volt USB QC3.0 jack which can quick charge compatible smartphones and other devices. The supplied cable and plugs do not include a way to manually clip onto equipment that does not have a jack. To test performance, I made my own breakout cable.A worry with Chinese solar panels is that they may not produce the specified power. By using a rheostat variable load resistor and two multimeters, I found that this solar panel does produce its rated power (see photos). On a December partly cloudy day, I got nearly full rated power – 38 watts – in the highest reading with direct sun between clouds. It is very sensitive to light. The LED power indicator came on with the panels inside the house near a window with no direct sun - it might very slowly charge my cell phone in that case. You can get power out of the panels under a wide variety of conditions. Full power is only available in bright outdoor sun, but it is useable in less ideal conditions. The maximum short circuit I measured at 3.3 amps. Maximum open circuit voltage is 17.1. The maximum current is specified at 2.6 amps, but I got one direct sun reading of 12.05 VDC at 3.18 A (see photos). The volt-amp product varies with the load and the sunlight. Readings varied as clouds passed in front of the sun. It meets or exceeds its specifications. The power jack produces unregulated DC voltage directly from the solar panel, so be sure any devices you plug into it are suitable for 12-15 volts. The USB jack produces regulated voltage. It weighs 4.4 lbs. (2 kg) on my postal scale. It has kickstands for setting up the best angle facing the sun. I tested and found a 33% power reduction if the panels lie flat on the ground and 11% when held straight vertical. The two kickstands are important for getting the most power. This a cool product, so it gets a strong thumbs up. It’s compact, portable, puts out its rated power, and has easy setup for best aim into the sun’s rays.
