The quality seems pretty good. It is a bit tuff to change out the rings but it is easy to use. The size is very portable and easily fits in my book bag (which was 3 thick-ish books and my reading light) I absolutely love the color and the way it looks like wood. Awesome! I was seriously worried that I wouldn't find one to fit my sausage fingers, but this works! I read in bed all the time and this is going to make it so much more comfortable. No more cramped pinky finger. The wood grain is beautiful, and it's a decently thick cut, so it won't break easily.
