I just googled videos of how to use it, and it only took me like 2 tries to get it going. Now I get it going right away fairly easily. If people read the directions, and make sure every time they mess up or take too long, to remove the floating thing for 30 seconds to let it "cool down" - it works like a dream. Had it running for 12+ hours at work yesterday (accountant) and it runs flawless.I constantly checked to see if it was "heating up" based on other reviews, but it was always cool to the touch and never seemed warm at all. For a kid at heart guy, this is just so awesome.
