And on the bottle it says use 2 to 4 ounces in your bath. And mix well. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes or as directed by your doctor. For hand foot soak add 1 to 2 ounces to a sink or base and mix well and soap for 5 to 10 minutes. I just use one capsule and a small amount of water just to soak my feet.
