Review: A good little machine!! - I've had this for a couple of months now and love it! I have mobility problems with a hurting foot, a tricky knee, and CFS, and haven't been able to do my daily walking. I've gained weight because of it and not having any exercise is compounding existing problems. I have a glider but after 10-15 minutes my foot begins to hurt and I have to stop. I have pedaled upwards of 2 hours (light resistance) on it with hardly any discomfort in my foot. There is some assembly but it was no problem and I had together and was pedaling in 15 minutes. It is heavy, but that's no problem for moving it under the desk from where it sits nearby. It's been used at a slow 'cruiser' pace while I read, watch an episode of a show or movie, or search the web, and at a pace with resistance to bring out a sweat and leave me feeling like I've biked 15 miles up and down hills with wobbly legs afterwards (I love that feeling and miss it from my cycling days!). I get a really good workout with this little machine. I was taking a break every other day to avoid fatigue, but my legs are noticeably stronger even with the irregular use, something I notice most going up and down stairs. This, of course, is helping reduce knee twinges. My energy levels are slowly increasing as well. I am noticing that I don't have to take a break every other day as my body recovers. I am now able to do a little bit every day with no break days. 30 minutes - 1 hour building up to a mid resistance and then tapering back down, or 1-2 hours of cruiser pedaling, then 10 minutes on the glider to help give range of motion stretching for the hips. I have been feeling better, sleeping better, and though I have no scales to measure weight, I can feel that a little is gone. It does get squeaky on occasion, but a drip of the oil provided and it's back to a very low thrumming sound. The resistance dial has worked with no problems so far. I will update as needed for any issues or problems, and will report on how it holds up after more time has passed.
Review: Love it, my company now buys one for any employee who wants one! - Initially I purchased this for myself because I wanted to exercise while working in order to lower my blood sugar. I received it a day or two earlier than the shipping stated it would arrive, which was great. I then assembled and placed under my desk. My boss walked in, pointed at it and said "I want one for everyone!" (small company, under 20 employees). Since then I have purchased 6. I only have three negative notes: 1 - One arrived missing a screw/washer and unfortunately desertcart can not just send the replacement part so I have to return the whole item. 2 - You will want to preemptively use a spray on lubricant on the track where the wheels roll. This eliminates a bit of a squeaking noise. And I'm glad it doesn't come pre-lubricated as it would make the small bit of assembly very awkward. 3- The info display is difficult to read when it's under the desk/un-lit/at an awkward angle. Also, you need to reset it each day to get a daily tally.. But I've found I don't really care how much I've done as what I'm really focused on is work. I will update with feedback from my employees, I expect we will have 8 people using them by the end. A few folks find it difficult to concentrate while using the equipment so they have passed on getting one - something to consider before you buy. I personally have found it's so great to use, medically my blood sugar is not just under control but my medication is being lowered because I don't need as much now that I'm burning energy constantly. I think it's a great piece of exercise equipment, I think it's so easy to use and the price makes it totally affordable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The JFIT elliptical does exactly what I asked for

I moved to an office with no great places to walk outside or inside and I was getting extremely run down so I ordered this under the desk JFIT elliptical, I wanted one I could stand on. A cheaper device a decade before and it was only good for banging your knees against the desk. My only purpose in getting the JFIT is to get my heart rate up, I wasn’t not looking for exercise, burning calories or pedaling my way through work for several hours. I brought it to the office, the set up was easy, and it works well. The downsides are when standing the elliptical can skip around but not by much, nonethless have a wall to brace against just in case. It’s a little noisy, as other people have mentioned, but acceptable. The range of leg motion when standing is limited but it does the one I asked which is move my heart rate up. I did try it under the desk and that works well too, the range of leg motion is slightly better. Pedaling backwards while seated is a little noisier. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
