I can only put the 2 top nut n bolt in and I used Velcro to secure the bottom part of the license plate to prevent the plate from rattling while driving. Overall it’s a very nice fit on my 2018 48. It gives the back fender a sleek look. If you don’t mind not having the bottom plate bolted down than this product will do. I’m really happy I got this unit bcuz the oem plate holder didn’t go with the flow of the bike.
