You need the pro dock 40a10090us or the ultra dock 40a20090us .....or ultra dock with 170w ac adapter 40a20170us **Q: Is this docking station compatible with the T440s?** A: YES it is compatible with the t440s. This is the basic dock and does not have a key lock and supports only a 1 monitor hook up. The upgrades to this item are the pro dock ( 40a10090us ) , Ultra dock ( 40a20090us ), all come with a 90w ac adapter in the factory sealed lenovo retail packaging **Q: Does this dock work with the Lenovo monitor stand?** A: yes although you need to make sure your cables will be long enough.
