I have pretty bad knee and elbow pain for last 5 years, some back problems and achy muscles too. After I took it for 2 weeks, I noticed my pain decreased gradually. I was kind of amazed at that time because Alpine Turmeric works far more effective compared with a couple of others brands of turmeric I tried. The knee and elbow pain level was dropped pretty significantly over a month period and I am very satisfied. So far there is no side effects and I would continue to consume to enjoy the improvements. I've struggled with constant sciatic nerve pain for over a year-and-a-half which involves my back, hip and calf. I have tried acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy and spinal injections which didn't help. I was taking lots of NSAIDs both OTC and prescription. I was also suffering from irritable bowel issues. My daughter encouraged me to try turmeric, and I chose Alpine. It started helping almost immediately, and after almost 90 days of using it, I am no longer in crippling pain. I take two pills in the morning with a magnesium glycerinate pill for my gut plus two more of those during the day. If I forget, I'm in pain by mid-morning, but even then not nearly to the degree that I was before I started taking the tumeric. The few times that I've taken the tumeric and didn't get complete pain relief, it has only taken one ibuprofen to get rid of the pain instead of the two-to-four several times a day that I had been taking. My gut doesn't hurt all the time either, and is back to almost normal. This product may not help you, but I've just ordered another bottle of it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product. I have taken curcumin in the past and decided to revisit it again for the anti inflammatory properties. I started out with two per day for the first week and dropped to one per day. It has eased the discomfort in my right arthritic knee and my index fingers. I got my wife to try it and she said she had to admit that it has helped her hands and ankles. The older I get the more that I look at the side effects of nsaids taken on a regular bases. I recommend this product . Look up drug interactions, curcumin will interfere with Coumadin, Plavix, and aspirin. Also drugs that reduce stomach acid like Tagamet and Pepcid.
