**Q: I count 13 compartments on this "amazon basics 15-removable compartment professional organizer" anyone have an explanation?**
A: The listing photo doesn't show the correct distribution of compartments. Mine came with 3 large (2x2), 2 long (2x1), 2 mini long (fit adjacent to the handle), and 8 square (1x1), totaling 15 compartments.

**Q: Are the small orange bins that divide the inside of the boxes available for purchase anywhere so I can customize the layout inside the box?**
A: I don’t know about buying the bins elsewhere, but they are all removable so it can be customized as long as the bins are the sizes you want.

**Q: It looks like the "19 compartment" one has 24 compartments in photo. How many does it actually have?**
A: Mine has 15 compartments of varying sizes. The 24 circles on the lid are decorative. It's a nice box to store screws and nails.

**Q: Will parts from one bin go into another bin with the lid shut?**
A: No. Everything stays in its own bin.

I bought 5 of these and do not regret it one bit. Im an electronics engineering technician and have everything from passive components, radio components, MCUs, and just about every sensor. The build quality is fine. The black plastic section is reasonably robust. The clear portion has no chance at a fall with anything in it to weigh it down. Lastly, the orange hinges to lock the case feel insufficient. Especially if there is any upward pressure. Like a piece of foam preventing 100% closure of the case. Normally, a little piece of foam like that is no big deal. But this case flexed and the buckles were rigid like they were holding back an avalanche. Thats just one man’s thoughts. This system works so well with organization. My only complaint. There is no shelf to buy. The nice thing about the case is that they are easily stackable. Why not have a simple shelf to separate them? Im going to try and 3d print a solution but I would rather purchase a final product than have to iterate in CAD. In any case, particularly if you are 3D printing inclined then you should appreciate the modular approach to the design. It would be quite simple to change the shapes in about an hour. For everyone else still reading, there are companies charging nearly double for what this is.
