We haven’t had any issues with this one at all! The padding comes all the way down past her mouth, so there isn’t any painful rubbing. It doesn’t sit perfectly flat on her face, but it definitely works much better for her. We don’t attach it to a collar since the attachment method (a detached loop that clips around the head harness and collar) is a little clumsy and she’s only gotten out of the nose bit once or twice, but never the whole head harness.
