I have high porosity hair so my hair doesn’t do well in humid weather (I live in the south). So, I went searching and came across this product. I saw that one of the leading ingredients is honey, which is actually great for highly porous hair. So, I decided to give it a chance…and I’m really glad I did. It works really well on my hair, which is coarse and highly porous. I washed my hair first with my shampoo bar, conditioned it and then used this product right before I put my durag on and let it dry. Keep in mind, you wanna make sure you’re brushing/combing this product into your waves and laying your hair down before putting on your durag and obviously, don’t rinse it out. Let it dry and then apply oil and a natural butter to your hair and it’ll feel so soft and smell amazing. Never had my hair feel this soft, ever.
