They are wide enough to fit over my glasses, but I prefer to belay with just these glasses, since my vision isn’t horrible and then I don’t have to worry about wearing two frames :) **Q: Is this one mirror? If so, does the image you see appear upside down? Or does the image you see appear correctly?** A: The image you see is right-side up. They are for belaying, so you can see things above you. If you are looking for glasses to watch TV below you while lying down, they are upside down. **Q: What are the dimensions of the prism? Are they glass?** A: They appear to be high-quality plastic ... No distortion.
