They are small (half inch) jelly blocks in a few ounces of flavored water. It's the water that really provides the taste. (I've tried the Grape and Lychee so far.) The jelly blocks remind me of Knox-Blox, if you ever had those as a kid. Like Jell-O, but with extra gelatin that requires chewing rather than melting in your mouth. If you don't think you'd like that kind of mouth-feel, these are probably not for you. But I like them.
