Does it contain caffeine? If so how much?** A: I don’t believe it contains any caffeine. **Q: What is the best time to take it?** A: The best time is with a meal. I take the Animal Pak at breakfast and dinner, so I take the Greens Pak at lunch time. **Q: How much Caffeine does this have?** A: I don’t see a specific amount caffeine listed in the ingredients but I do see green tea extract and coffee bean extract which is a form of caffeine which stats 200mgs each. But I’m not sure if it effects the body the same way directly like caffeine. I used this product upon waking up. I personally didn’t get any caffeine jitters.
