Review: I had looked for a high quality portable pull up solution for a long time . - Lightweight but very heavy duty . Very solid build and superb quality . Your weight pulls down at the hinge which tightens the pincer squeeze on the door frame. Building codes require that weight bearing walls have door frames as strong as the wall. That usually means double beams on the sides and over the top inside the wall. Heavy duty silicone inserts prevent wall or door frame damage. I am 6 ‘1” , and yes, I need to bend my knees in dead hang but that is a small price to pay for a perfect piece of portable exercise equipment. I got some different climbing cord and changed this to a hammer grip which is personally easier on my elbows. I put some epoxy glue on the knot and stuffed the knot it into the handle. Very sleek looking.

They’re sturdy, portable, easily taken down/ put up in 2 seconds, and they leave no marks! I drove 2500 miles cross country with these in my backpack to take into hotels at night and I had 0 issues. Many hotels/airbnbs and 6 different apartments (I move a lot for work) - these still work beautifully. Worth every penny. I could do 2 pull ups when I first bought them and I quickly got to 10+, now I add about 35lbs (~160lbs total with added weight) and they still hold up fine. They even hold my 250lb boyfriend! If anything I would worry more about the door frame itself than these bad boys. Sometimes I don’t use the handles and I’ll hold the plastic part with a neutral grip instead. I’ll even hang TRX suspension bands from them to get even more versatility and use. They’ll fit any standard door frame.

**Q: I have a low ceiling due to hvac on the door frame I want to use, how much wall space between the frame and ceiling do I need?**
A: You need about 1" clearance

**Q: will these mount to a fixed bar? like a pullup bar at a gym? ---i have elbow problems and TRX is too time consuming to install**
A: Eleviia can not be mounted to a fixed bar; however, you can remove the handles from Eleviia and mount them on a bar.

**Q: how wide can the door frame be? my door frame is 8" thick**
A: 8" is too thick.

I’ve had these for over 2 years now and still have nothing but great things to say. They’re sturdy, portable, easily taken down/ put up in 2 seconds, and they leave no marks! I drove 2500 miles cross country with these in my backpack to take into hotels at night and I had 0 issues. Traveling for work makes it difficult to stay on top of workouts. I pair these with a set of Perfect Pushup handles and I'm able to get some solid calisthenics in regularly. These are well-made, look nice, and work perfectly. I also swapped out the handle with some rubber balls (designed specifically for pull-up workouts) and it's a total game changer. Buy these! They're awesome!!
