Review: A well built tool and essential to fitting turn buckles. - This is a specialised tool to punch the appropriate type of hole in the cover material that you wish to fit to your boat, trailer etc. The material I was working with was relatively thick and very tough; this tool was more than up to the task and easily took a lot of hammer blows needed to get the perforations done. One minor negative, the main hole it punches was just a tiny bit too small for the make of turn buckles I had purchased which then necessitated some trimming work with a sharp blade.
