You don't need them. Use the four screws from the one you're replacing as they are a tad longer and that's important. The other very important thing you need to know is NOT TO TIGHTEN the screws all the way in! If you do, you'll have a heck of a time putting in the cushion. Instead, screw the four bolts only halfway, giving you some room to fit that cushion in. It's hard to explain. You'll have to take my word for it. My headset is like brand new now. I was even able to peel off the old DecalGirl sticker and affix to the new band with no issues. This is a solid buy. Just be patient during the install and you'll be find.
