It sits in your ear in a very interesting manner which might require some getting use to depending on the size and shape of your ears. I find it uncomfortable which has limited my use and ensured that I removed it from my ear if it was not in use. In no uncertain terms, this is not for everyone given the discomfort factor.The overall sound quality while decent is barely acceptable. While the microphone is best if you are indoors or in a car. If there is wind or any air movement, this device will pick it up and create some audio issues for the party on the other end of the call.After trying a few alternatives to Apple Earpods (which am avoiding like the plaque...$$$), this is the second non-Apple wireless earbud(s) I have purchased. At first, it appeared to be a decent alternative early to the Apple product. Unfortunately, it now will not connect to my iPhone which it previously connected to quite easily. It is not completely dead, it seems quite willing to connect (as of last week) to my iPad Air2 which serves no purpose for me since that is not what it was purchased for.This has been a frustrating product experience (understatement of the year). The sound is fair. A bit tinny, but the volume is pretty good. I used it grocery shopping and it was fine for that. I tried to use it on a school bus full of 5th and 6th graders and it wasn't loud enough for that. I din't have any problem with it falling out of my ear. It would be great if there was one for the left ear. This one doesn't work so well in the left ear. The only real con i found was that it doesn't reconnect with my phone the next time. I have to forget this device and re-pair every time.
