A: It works on the 2004-2009, I don,t know  about th 2011, but if the relay in your truck is a 5L3TAA, then it is the same relay. Look on your relay You can see it without removing it.

Good price for a hard to find part. Part number on the relay is 5L3T-AA , but this part is not listed. Was hard to find the new part number. Look on the relay though and it has the old part number on it.

Works perfectly and easy to install. Just don't understand why Ford puts the tow package on and not the relays to make the lights work to the trailer.
