I gave this a go and its the best purchase, even if it stops working (knock on wood) I'll get another one. When your baby is awake 3-4 times at night crying full volume for milk you will realize the value of this. About the comments on the device not working well its a shame but I guess could be related to who supplies the product. There is no too much trouble cleaning the unit as the water tank is detachable, the formula container is hermetic and the dispenser is fairly easily to clean (you need to do it every 4 bottles). My only recommendation is to make sure your baby formula is listed for this device.
