Surely this lightweight tool was not designed to lift a closed window. For picking up lightweight objects, it is excellent. **Q: Odds this grabber made in China?** A: I’m really not sure and I’ve already thrown away the packaging, but I’ve purchased more grabbers than I can count, and this by far is the best one. **Q: Can be use to feed fish?** A: From examining mine, I could put a bit of fish food in a small plastic cup and this tool grips the cup from the top down into the cup very firmly. You could move that to the aquarium and pour it on the water. That's all I remember of feeding fish so I hope that's your method. In that case, this tool would work. **Q: Does this come with a dino head attachment?** A: I don’t know what a dino head attachment is. Also when stuff falls behind things I can grab this and a flash light and retrieve them so very much more easily.
