As soon as I received it, I spent a few hours making each alphabet and numbers. There were a few letters that I had to use scissors (H, I, N, S) to smooth out the edges; However, to be fair, as the instructions state, when I didn't cut the paper exactly to size or have it aligned properly (rushing) that's when it needed scissors. Once I got the just of it, I was even able to modify some of the letters (i.e. I didn't like the look of "V" and so rearranged the paper to cut it differently). The only complaint I have is that the round punch is difficult to press down, especially compared to the "D" punch. It also dulled before I reached the end of the alphabet, which called for the use of scissors to round out the curves. A little foil helped to re-sharpen it to complete the letters and numbers, so you may want to keep that in mind if you are going to be punching a lot of letters! Overall, this product is awesome and totally worth the money! I would even say that it's more for cardstock than lighter paper. With the card stock I used, just looked it up and it was 80 pound, it cracked where it was scored and folded sometimes, I think it was more because it was textured cardstock as well though. **Q: Do the envelopes fold properly or are there gaps at the corners?** A: The envelopes fold very nice, without gaps at the corners. The punch at the top makes a half round punch on your paper that the fold score lines radiate from. I just received mine the same day I was asked to answer this, so I had to check it out first. Overall, this product is awesome and totally worth the money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by L***L on December 1, 2025* It's been years since I've bought this and till this date it still works, would absolutely recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good product with a few issues that can be overlooked *by B***M on July 11, 2018* I really really enjoyed creating letters with the mini alphabet punch, i would give it a full five stars only if the letter M worked with me and if the letter s was easier to make ( pictures is not 100% clear on what you should exactly cut ) As for the letter M there are two ways to create it on is to creat two of the letter u and then glue them together and the other one is to use a bigger paper with a specific dimensions i chose first to use the bigger paper and i cut it exactly as it was mentioned I followed all the directions and it was a horrible experience i wasted lot of papers doing that eventually i had to do it with the two U letters and glued them together.
