Very easy process, everything you need is in the package, instructions were very clear and everything. The switch itself feels a little cheap and "plasticky" imo, but works very well. The dimmer slider moves very smoothly and the dimming action is just as smooth and fairly well spread-out. The additional dimmer dial found behind the cover plate allows it to go VERY dim, to the point where we preferred leaving it at the default setting and it does a great job. Using it with basic *dimmable* led bulbs and it works just great, no humming or buzzing noise as I read in other dimmers reviews.
