First picture shows the OEM part that you have to remove. It is a pain the a$$, but once removed the replacement part fits perfectly. Some people say it doesn't fit flush? Mine did, no issue. Looks like the original . Be prepared for a couple of hours of work. Took me approximately 3 hours for the whole thing, but it was better than the alternative which was paying the dealer almost 3 thousand!! They replace the whole door jam interior. The part alone was 1800 without tax and then 800 without tax for installation.
