It goes on smoothly and I find that I have some time to add more coverage and to blend the light shade and the darker shade when they meet at the top of my cheekbones. You can use your fingers, a makeup sponge, and/or a foundation brush to apply. All work well. Just do not use a large foundation brush; it will waste product and blending is impossible. A smaller brush with dense, short bristles/hair is the best here! The ease of using a small brush in the smaller areas of the face around the upper nose, inner eye corners, and under the eyes is exceptional!
