All food/supplements had to be discontinued. She was then diagnosed with IBD, and placed on a Prescription dog food.After several months, her veterinarian ordered continuing with a Joint Supplement. I had Cosequin initially. I had read about Dasuquin, and while similar, I felt it was was a better joint supplement. She has been on Dasuquin for over 5 months, and is doing fine with it. My dog has no trouble gobbling the half tablet.
