**Q: what tool is used to lock and unlock the nut on the outside?**
A: The enclosure comes with a tool made specifically for the enclosure - Works fine - Just make sure you keep the key in a safe place - The Enclosure comes with everything you need - You can also change the connectors inside - I replaced the ones that came with my enclosure to SC/APC.
Excellent Case !

**Q: How durable is it? For how long this box is going to last in hot and humid conditions (Florida)?**
A: The Case is VERY durable - made out of a plastic that is quite strong and won't melt in temps that could reach about 100 F.  We installed ours in a very hot environment located in the Caribbean where it is actually hotter than South Florida - It's in a room that's not air conditioned and all is well - Works perfectly
