I had one for a few years and the reset button broke, I called them and they sent a new replacement without any questions. I was going to have them repair the reset button, but they just sent a new one. You can't beat that kind of service. They are still working great one is about 7 yrs old now. Ted

I researched many rack mounted surge protectors before I decided on this one, and I'm glad I did. Price was my biggest drive, but the quality and visual appeal mattered as well. This one hits the nail on the head. The indicator lights on the front are nice, and the separated protection zones are a bonus. It has been protecting my server for about a month now with no issues.
