Review: Five Stars - Very nice Product and good service by desertcart Review: Ergonomie - Un support dorsal réellement bien conçu ! Bref, j'en suis très contente ## Features - Fellowes Pro Series Ultimate Back Support has all the comfort needed to make sitting at your desk a pleasure - Key features and benefits include : - -  Innovative Tri-Tachment ensures stability eliminating constant readjustmen3 Section lumbar support expands and contracts to natural body curvature  Thoracic Support is contoured with a low density foam to optimise the postural support in a subtle application  Fully adjustable design allows it to fit most office chairs - Please note chair is not included -  Please note this is a web only line and is not available in store. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000WTO52I | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #371,554 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #937 in Back & Seat Cushions | | Brand | Fellowes | | Coin Variety 1 | lumbar support | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 1,775 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Foam | | Fabric Type | Foam | | Fill Material | Foam | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00043859516872 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 37.5L x 38.1W Centimeters | | Item Firmness Description | Medium | | Item Type Name | Presentation Stands | | Item Weight | 0.51 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Fellowes | | Manufacturer Part Number | 140170021 | | Material Features | moisture_wicking | | Material Type Free | Chemical Free, Pesticide Free | | Model Name | FBA_8037601 | | Model number | 8037601 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Recommended Uses For Product | Sitting | | Shape | Semicircular | | Size | Taglia unica | | Special Feature | Adjustable | | Special Features | Adjustable | | Specific Uses For Product | personal | | Target Use Body Part | Back | | UPC | 043859516872 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Fellowes - **Colour:** Black - **Fill Material:** Foam - **Material:** Foam - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Sitting - **Shape:** Semicircular - **Size:** Taglia unica - **Special Feature:** Adjustable - **Use for:** Back ## Images ![Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8041801) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mOcuLQ8JL.jpg) ![Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8041801) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717-bombWCL.jpg) ![Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8041801) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71nuK9tydrL.jpg) ![Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8041801) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31O198U90pL.jpg) ![Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8041801) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81nwo0jKu4L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: The pictures show this on a small chair with a low back. Will it also work on a larger high backed office chair?** A: I’ve tried it on huge chairs on several different size chairs. Completely adjustable to fit the chair and where it needs to fall on you. **Q: What is the cover made of and is there any smell?** A: The cover is a nylon material that is stretchy. That padding feels like there's gel inside. Smell. Nothing gross. Does have a slight silicon smell (I assume from the gel inside of it). Been in our SUV for months now.... no weird smells or fading. Wife loves it. **Q: how deep is it** A: There are 4 separate 'pillows': the top triangular, a rectanglar one below, and a somewhat oval pillow on either side of the rectangle. Each is 2" deep. If your seat it deep and you are short, you will not find the Fellowes shortens the depth, however, since this was the predicament I was in, I placed a small foam pillow behind the Fellowes and it now 'sticks' out enough for me to provide support. **Q: would it work for airplane seats, like if the straps weren't used?** A: Hi Jean! This back support would not work for airplane seats. The straps help stabilize the support in place especially since it's a 3-prong cushion. Hope this helps :) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by A***R on 14 February 2017* Very nice Product and good service by Amazon ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ergonomie *by M***M on 8 August 2014* Un support dorsal réellement bien conçu ! However, this was PERFECT for my oversized chair. I have used at least 2 different seat cushions, and 3 other different lumbar support pillows. This one has been the best so far. Big chair vs Small chair: - My chair was too big in every way. The width of this product makes it so my back can rest on it, and actually get additional support. I can imagine that people who use chairs that are smaller, or at least their size, will have a problem with this product making their seat too small. For me, it was perfect. Adjustable: 4.5/5 - The straps can be adjusted so you can make it tighter/looser, or higher/lower - Not as adjustable as it would be if it had separate pieces, but it suited my needs perfectly; I suffer from back pain, but this product has helped a LOT with that Pain relief: 5/5 - The pads are quite solid, and provide a lot of support; however they are also soft enough to not cause pressure points, based on my usage - I spend a LOT of time on the computer and this product has made a huge difference. It's not a miracle product, but it fits my oversized chair perfectly. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fellowes Professional Series Back Support, Black (8037601) - Mind Reader Foot Rest, Under Desk at Work, Ergonomic, Height Adjustable, Office, Plastic, 18" L x 13.5" W x 6.5" H, Black - Mind Reader Foot Rest, Under Desk at Work, Ergonomic, Height Adjustable, Office, Plastic, 17"L x 13"W x 6.25"H, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.de/products/296278112-fellowes-professional-series-back-support-black-8041801](https://www.desertcart.de/products/296278112-fellowes-professional-series-back-support-black-8041801) --- *Product available on Desertcart Germany* *Store origin: DE* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
