And no support! Review: Poor design - Pros: decent looking product, well packaged, clear instructions, easy to assemble Cons: door measuring instructions are confusing, especially for exterior mount. My screen door did not retract properly. Return process is a pain. Slow to respond. Seller asked that I send a picture of the damaged parts of which there isn’t any. The screen simply didn’t work and I would have had to reassemble the entire door for the requested picture; I am not going to do that.
