Great Product, but not for my mom
The wheels are great - easy to put on, feels secure and sturdy. I only caution that they are proving to be a difficult transition for my mother who has Parkinson’s. She leans too heavily on the walker and the wheels swivel back and forth as she walks. The wheels are also difficult over gravel and uneven pavement. I’m working on this with her and I hope she will be able to manage it, as they would improve her mobility.

Lock one wheel for more control and ease of turns.
I’ve had the swivel locking wheeels for a year and am very happy with them. At first I had both wheels unlocked and the walker was too wobbly, little control, but I read a review where he locked one wheel and left the other unlocked. What a difference. I am able to steer easily. My favorite walker now. No. It doesn’t matter which you lock.

Wheels for fold-up light-weight walker
We like that they turn corners easily. However, when pushing the walker the wheels seem to wobble back and forth about 30 degrees or so. They were relatively to install, and the weight is acceptable.

Swivel wheels
When I received my walker it had standard wheels, which I was not happy about. I called the seller and I was told that I could purchase swivel wheels. Through them it would have cost $39.99. Then we discussed searching for the same on Amazon. I saved myself $15.00 by buying them here. Now, about the wheels. I had the most difficult time removing the old wheels. Putting the new ones on was just as difficult. I finally got the wheels replaced. The next thing was to figure how to lock/unlock the wheels. Whew!!! Now what to do with the old wheels?! I tried to put them on the back of the walker but they didn't fit, so again, what do I do with perfectly good wheels??UPDATE: Now that I have the swivel wheels on my walker, the walker no longer closes properly and does not stand up anymore while closed. I'm highly disappointed 😞 in the entire transactions (1. walker not having swivel wheels 2. then having to spend more money for new wheels). 😔. Even though the wheels are supposedly the same size, the new wheels get in the way of closing the walker, even when I lock the wheels 😳 🙄 to simulate the walker before the new wheels went on, it doesn't help.I have decided to remove 3 stars as a result of all my hassels.UPDATE: As a result of all my hassels, I decided to return the swivel wheels. I'm done with all the hassels!!!!UPDATE: I decided to repurchase the swivel wheels again. But, this time, I decided to buy Velcro to keep the walker closed so I could stand it up. If it doesn't work for me then I give up. I did buy the Able Life Rollator and sent it back. It was too heavy for a disabled 71 year old woman to put into her car.UPDATE: I tried the swivel wheels again since I was going to Velcro close the walker. As it turns out, this time, I was able to close the walker fully without the Velcro. However, once again, I am returning the wheels as I can't keep them straight while walking. ***sigh***. So, once again, I'm returning the wheels and calling it a day. I'll just use my Rollator that my son bought for me years ago and walker separately. I won't try using the Able Life Rollator either, been down that road too. Sad because I like the ease of use of the Able Life products.

SUPER REPLACEMENT PARTS
These replacement wheels are superior to the wheels which initially came on the walker in that they give you the option of swiveling or locking, which the original wheels do not. They only function in a fixed position, making it more difficult to steer. The new wheels make it much easier to maneuver the walker. Very nice improvement!

Difficult to install
I like the swivel wheels much more than the original ones. If I decide I need them not to swivel, I merely have to lock them in place. That said the swivel wheels were VERY hard to install. First I had to buy a large Allen head wrench to remove the old bolts, WD 40 might have made this easier but I was concerned about residual WD 40 loosening the new bolts after installation. If you think about measurements with a tolerance, my walker was on the minus side while the swivel wheels meant to go inside were on the plus side. I got out a sanding block and shaved off the excess plastic on the wheels -- maybe a 32nd of an inch removed. Tight but good fit until I got to where the nuts go in the nut cups on the wheels. The holder cup was slightly too shallow so I used my cat nail clippers with a blunt head to scrape away a 32nd or so area at the bottom of each of the cups to make them the same depth as the cups on the original wheels. I then used tweezers to remove any debris. Voila, then the whole thing assembled easily and properly. A little ingenuity to finesse it together and I think this walker will work excellently. I bought this walker because I needed one that I could easily put in my car, by myself, once I was seated in the car; this walker fills that need.
