I have an alpinestars gp plus r** A: We haven't tried our leather care products on this exact jacket, so I'd encourage you to check with the manufacturer before treating to see what they think. Sometimes leather can be treated and/or coated with protective synthetic products that prevent the leather from being able to absorb treatments. My hunch is that it will work great, but we'd hate to have our product not meet your expectations. Our leather care products do not contain any dyes, chemicals, or preservatives, and are safe to use on all types of leather. Please note that some darkening will occur after using our products, however lighter coloration fades back over time as the leather dries out. **Q: Will this work on nubuck leathers?** A: I haven't used it on nubuck. I have waxed suede and it changes the texture of course. I quite like the effect, but it's not for everyone. It is probably best to stick with spray if you want to preserve the look of the nubuck. **Q: I just bought a sheepskin leather jacket. Will this kit work for it?** A: Yes, the Leather Care Kit will work great.
