Individual dry times may vary by color. Review: Excellent pens gel or otherwise - Excellent pens gel or otherwise. My review is for the black fine point (0.5 mm). This pen does not smear, has very dark ink, and is very comfortable to write with. The diameter is just right, not too slim or wide. The balance is even and good as well. The drag is moderate which is what I prefer. The action super smooth and there is no skips or blobs when you write. What I mean by drag, is that on standard notebook paper the pen has a little bit of resistance which helps with writing neatly. When pens have no drag I tend write a bit sloppier. The medium point just put too much ink down for me so I chose the fine point which is perfect. It lets me write small letters in my todo list and calendar, while it provides thick enough lines for standard notes and the very dark/black ink is easy to read. I am somewhat amazed at the low price for this pen. It is also refillable, but about $1 a pen I cannot image the refills are any cheaper. Also, the supplier provided the order fast and in a good packaging - greatly appreciated. Review: Absolute best pens for waiter / server - They feel amazing. They write amazing. The ink dries instantly so no matter how fast you write or if you're left handed, it doesn't smear. The pin point is sharp so you can write small and detailed notes. The price point is a good value and one pen lasts for a good amount of shifts before needing to be replaced. Only gripe is the clip is cheap and breaks easily but I keep my pen in a fitted pen pocket. ## Features - Dries 3X faster* for reduced smearing - Smooth gel ink keeps the fun flowing, so writing is never a drag - Ergonomic comfort grip wraps the entire gel pen - 0.5mm fine point keeps notes extra neat - Includes 10 Black gel pens ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B019QBODN8 | | Additional Features | Ergonomic | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #53,192 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #1,091 in Gel Ink Pens | | Body Shape | Round | | Brand | Paper Mate | | Brand Name | Paper Mate | | Closure Type | Snap | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 2,588 Reviews | | Drill Point | Fine | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00071641100770 | | Grip Type | comfort grip, ergonomic | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Included Components | Gel Pens (10) | | Ink Base | Water | | Ink Color | Black | | Item Diameter | 0.5 millimeters | | Item Dimensions | 0.65 x 7.63 x 6.75 inches | | Item Type Name | Paper Mate Inkjoy Gel Pens .5mm 10/Pkg | | Item Weight | 4.8 ounces | | Line Size | 0.5 | | Manufacturer | Newell Rubbermaid Office | | Material | gel | | Material Type | gel | | Model Name | Ink Joy Gel | | Model Number | 1951711 | | Recommended Uses For Product | note-taking, journaling, or signing documents | | Style | Fine Point | | UPC | 071641100770 | | Unit Count | 10 Count | | Warranty Description | 1-Year Limited | | Writing Instrument Form | Gel Pen | | Writing Technique | gel ink | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Paper Mate - **Color:** Black - **Ink Color:** Black - **Writing Instrument Form:** Gel Pen ## Images ![Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Fine Point, Black, 10 Count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81dpQKktPKL.jpg) ![Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Fine Point, Black, 10 Count - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xrL7HIHEL.jpg) ![Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Fine Point, Black, 10 Count - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81gCtWa5lsL.jpg) ![Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Fine Point, Black, 10 Count - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91r65vJBsYL.jpg) ![Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Fine Point, Black, 10 Count - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91t-AjEyNYL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent pens gel or otherwise *by F***E on October 6, 2017* Excellent pens gel or otherwise.
