Worked great for about 3 years then the clutch went bad, bought another one because I had good results with this one and the A/C once again is ICY COLD. No more mild cool in the 90 to 100 degree weather. Saved a lot buying my own part vs the shop trying to give me a no name brand. Extra cash was used on more repairs at the shop that I wouldn't have done if I hadn't saved a lot of money. This was about $32 cheaper than 4 years ago when I bought it.. I bought one for my Ford escape and it fit and worked perfectly as the original. **Q: Would this fit to ford escape 2007 v6, 3.0 liter engine?** A: Yes, you it fits **Q: do this compressor comes with oil or do i need to add oil** A: The compressor comes with a full system charge of oil already in it (usually around 6oz). You'll have to drain your old compressor, drain the new compressor, and refill the new compressor with the oil that came out of it to about the same volume of oil that came out of the old compressor. It fit perfectly, and brought my a/c back to life. Don't attempt if you are not mechanically inclined. Just remember you have to have your a/c professionally discharged prior to install and charged after install.
