PE #0.6 14.5lb 200m line
I haven't had too much luck with braid with a couple of exceptions. Fishing line is one of those things that is totally subjective. What works for one may not work for another. I bought 2 spools of the PE #0.6 14.5lb 200m line. I would like to say that it is extremely thin and very strong. The line I bought is of the same diameter as 8lb Power Pro but nearly twice as strong. It does appear to have a super slick coating on it, but that is my perception. It casts very well, is smooth and quiet casting. The retrieve is also smooth and relatively quiet. With lures, there is definitely a gain in distance over nylon lines. When still fishing, I can get a lot more distance over nylon. (Old model St. Croix Triumph 7ft ML and Shimano 19 Stradic 2500HGFL). So far the color seems to be holding fast and not bleeding like most braids to. Have not had an instances of fuzz or fraying, only time will tell. My wife caught a 4.03lb rainbow trout yesterday and didn't have any issues (same rod and reel from above).Overall, I am very please with the performance of the line. As this line has a slippery feel to it, please take care in knot selection to ensure the best possible performance.I hope this review helps.

表記より弱い気がする
測定器で計測したわけじゃないから「気がする」レベルでしかないけど、表記されているlb値より引っ張り強度が弱いと思う。表記上は1.2号でMAX24.1lbだけど実感としては16lb以上20lb未満くらい。そもそもこのMAXって何さ？たまに本気を出して強くなるってこと？そのタイミングはいつ？使う側からするとそういうのすげー困るんだけど。どちらかというと「最大でこのくらい強いです、すごいでしょ」より「最低でもこの強度は保証します、それを踏まえて使ってね」の方がユーザーフレンドリーだと思う。昔より安くなったのはすごくありがたいんだけどね。

良く言えば万能、悪く言えば特徴の無いスタンダードなライン
同じマックスパワー系のシーバスPE マックスパワーX8等のしなやかでツルツルな糸質とは違い、少し硬めでハリのあるラインです。表面は少しザラザラ感があり、ツルツル系と較べて飛距離で劣る反面、擦れには少し強い印象です。オープンエリアでの飛距離やしなやかさ優先ならシーバスPE マックスパワー、港湾部やボートでの壁打ちのような用途にはこちらが向いていると思います。

投網の修理に。
投網の破れた部分の補修用に購入。シーズンオフになってきたので時間のある時に徐々に補修しています。色について、元の投網はナイロン糸が透明ですが夜に使うが多くグリーンでも問題ないこと、色が違うので補修箇所が分かりやすいので投網を使い倒す分にも問題ありません。
