Zojirushi Stainless Steel Mugs, Smoky Blue & Lavender Pink

Mugs are nicely made. They do not, however, keep beverages hot or cold for more than a few hours. Other mugs I have made by Aladdin or Tiger are far superior in thermal quality. The mug was useable for quick consumption but after barely six months of use it has begun to leak badly. Not worth the relatively high price. What a disappointment for a Zojirushi product.

My husband and I use the mugs to keep our coffee hot. That way we minimize using the microwave to reheat our coffee. I put my mug to the test taking all day to drink my coffee. It keeps the beverage at the same temperature for 3.5 hours. After which it starts to loose heat. Still drinkable even up to 6 hours. Iced drinks will stay cold much longer and even still have ice in it 10 hours later.Since most folks don't take all day to drink their beverage, this mug works spectacular.

Bought these as a gift for our family. They work amazing. Slim design, not bulky and keeps hot/cold. We have a set of these ourselves and we’ve purchase several over the years for family and friends. Ours have lasted the past 8 years...and they’re still going strong

My coworkers raved about this coffee mug so I got my hubby one for Christmas. He loves it. The slim design is good for the car and keeps coffee hot and drinkable for hours. Exceeded expectations.

I was *so* excited to get these mugs. They look great, and they absolutely work as advertised. They keep a full cup of hot coffee hot for 8-10 hours. When actively drinking from it, it went a solid 8 before getting lukewarm. The cons: it doesn't fit under my coffee machine which makes for an awkward angle and me needing to hold it just right to fill. It is also already stained on the inside. I used baking soda, vinegar, and still there is a stain line on the inside of the mug that will not go away. I'm disappointed since I have literally had this less than a week, and have used the same mug 3 times. Unfortunately in my zeal and delight upon getting them and my confidence they would be awesome, I already threw away the boxes so I can not return them. It seems they sell a travel mug, which I didn't see as an option when I bought this one that might have worked with my coffee maker, but I am most disappointed at an already intractably stained mug.

Arrived in a timely manner however when we opened the mugs, my fiancé noticed that the blue one seemed wet. He opened up the mug and there was coffee residue inside. In addition to the residue in the mug, the lid had noticeable coffee specks around the lid and it reeked like old coffee.I didn’t think when ordering a new product, it would actually arrive used. Yuck! 🤢 Buyer beware ☕️🙅🏻‍♀️

Got these on the recommendation of a friend. Nicely made, the 16 oz size comfortably holds a medium sized coffee. Still hot hours later. Very happy so far.

Love it... Best coffee thermos I ever owned. It stays. Warm from 8am all day till last drop at 5pm
