The Broken Token organizer is a great solution. I took my time cutting out the pieces instead of just popping them out, and shaving down the burrs on the joins where it matters. I didn't put an exorbitant amount of time into this, but it was a fine way to relax while enjoying a beer. At first, it seemed a bit large for the box... but my corners just weren't properly squared up. Once everything was really tight and flush, the fit was great. The instructions recommend gluing loose bits and taping the corners... I haven't bothered to do this, there are so many joins that it's holding together tightly on its own. I've crammed the base set, inns/cathedrals, builders/traders, princess/dragon, river 2, cults, king/robber, as well as a set of pink meeples. So far so good. There's not a whole lot of flexibility with divider placement, but there is some. Additionally, the trays for the meeples etc. are a little awkward, but it's manageable. Scoreboard and various rule sheets still fit on top. All in all, has vastly improved the organization of my Carc set without resorting to a large awkward art bin or the like. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Broken Token organizers for other games, if the need arose.
