I prefer the wholefood ones but these are good too. They’re super easy are well rounded, have some good extras, and easy in my stomach. They smell a little strong but that’s okay. They are high In B vitamins which is great for energy. They taste the way they smell but if you swallow it quickly, you don’t taste much.
