**Q: how low or high does it adjust? what is the range?**
A: Sorry. That was suppose to say a 1/2 an inch range! Approximately!

**Q: I have a short neck. Is this low profile?**
A: The height can be adjusted. I also have a short neck, and I had to raise it a bit. I am very pleased with it

**Q: does it has plastic pieces? I'm worried it may broke**
A: Yes -- this shoulder rest is made of sturdy plastic. It's difficult to damage or break and is surprisingly tough; it even stands up well to careless student use.
