The fit, finish, ruggedness, ease of use and price all met or exceeded my expectations. And that's not easy to do! I'm the type of person who believes in "a place for everything, and everything in its place". This mount allows me to put my phone exactly where I want it while driving and it stays put - period. You should know a couple things if you plan to purchase: 1. this mount is not stealthy - you will notice it, especially when you don't have your phone in it and also from other angles such as the passenger seat. I would advise trying different locations to minimize obstructing your view. This is not a problem, but it's something to consider. The advantages to the way this mount is made are the design and material. It won't break and it won't move around while driving. 2. RAM makes an excellent product, but ultimately it's up to you the consumer to make sure you buy the right combination of parts to optimally fit your need. I owe thanks to another reviewer here on desertcart to tipping me off to the double socket swivel arm. I would have otherwise bought the 6" Long Arm (RAM-B-201U-C) but I wouldn't have been able to adjust the fit nearly as well as I can with the RAP-B-200-2U.
