Read other reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. Used it over my chest and ab areas for about 2 weeks, and it did its job. After two weeks, abs were more defined as well as my chest, I had already been cutting for 3 months, this just gave me that extra help. This stuff does burn though but it was very tolerable for me, kinda feels like a bad sun burn and heats your body up. I would apply it before every workout, for me it seemed like sweat activated it even more, especially when doing cardio after weight training.
