A lot like e coli but worse. Hard to get rid of once it's in the kidneys. This product worked when many others didn't. I have another source in the UK but it takes so long to get here. I use both of them. This product definitely worked when I got real sick. Not all d-mannose is created equal. I use about a half teaspoon with a smidge of water several times a day to keep it away. I try to stay on a pretty good diet with mostly vegetables some meat and some dairy. I stay away from carbs and sugar. I'm trying really hard to kill this bacteria. It makes me so very sick. Vomiting and running a fever inside my body. Doctors just put me on antibiotics and it comes back with a vengeance.
