It is dense foam that is sturdy and seems like it will not fall apart anytime soon. It's nice to keep everything out and organized. Depending on what you use your cnc for, you may have a lot of different end mills/v carve bits. This will keep them in reach and easily identifiable so you grap exactly the one you want without digging through a pile. Review: Almost perfect. Great organizer for cutting tools and collets - The tool bit holders are a nice fit with 6mm and 1/4”. The 1/8” holes are a tight fit. The collet holes are a bit deep and will allow pushing the collets below the top surface making removal difficult. I 3D printed 7.5mm tall spacers which allow easy removal. The deep rectangular pocket is great for tool bits still in the original packaging. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now it is easy to store and view my CNC bits *by F***R on January 30, 2022* This storage tray is small, light and well organized to hold a lot of different shaft sized CNC bits. There is also places to store multiple collets. Most of the holes hold 1/8" shaft bits but there are plenty of 1/4" shaft holes as well. I do plan to make a covered box to place the tray in when so that it is not getting covered with dust in the CNC area.
